Portfolio - Evecon

Our projects are shaping
the Baltic energy future

Evecon’s portfolio already includes completed energy parks and new development projects that will create lasting value for energy security in the Baltic States.

Take a look at our wind, solar and storage farms in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Our development capacity and future plans

Solar Energy

We have developed dozens of solar parks in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, including Estonia’s largest Kirikmäe solar park. In developing new projects, we focus on locations that ensure high productivity, strong grid connections and minimal environmental impact. We prioritise solutions that enable the integration of solar energy into the wider energy system.

Wind Energy

Evecon focuses on the development of onshore wind farms, with a development pipeline of approximately 1200 MW. In recent years, we have invested in preparing competitive and well-planned wind projects to ensure their feasibility in a rapidly changing economic environment and to establish balanced and sustainable agreements with local communities. Our approach is based on technical optimisation, environmental considerations and community engagement.

Battery Storage

Battery parks play a key role in ensuring the stability and flexibility of the energy system. We develop storage solutions that help balance production and consumption and enable a higher share of renewable energy in the electricity system. With the implementation, financing and commissioning of the Hertz 1 and Hertz 2 projects, we laid the foundation for one of the largest battery parks in Continental Europe, playing a critical role in ensuring the stability of the Baltic electricity system.

Gas Power Plants

Dispatchable gas power plants complement renewable energy production by ensuring system reliability when renewable generation is insufficient. They act as a transitional solution towards a carbon-neutral economy, helping to balance supply and demand. Our principle is that dispatchable capacity supports the maximum integration of renewable energy.

How we deliver projects

  • Planning: We assess the location, productivity, and needs of the local area.
  • Community engagement: We involve local residents from the planning stage throughout the park’s entire lifecycle to find solutions that work for everyone.
  • Technical design and coordination: we ensure compliance with requirements and transparent communication with partners.
  • Implementation and monitoring: we implement projects and ensure their stable operation for years to come.
