The Office of the President of the Republic of Lithuania purchased a remote solar power park. The remote solar power park will be built in Parovėja village, Biržai district, and handed over to the Presidency in 2024 March. The park will be producing 1000 kW.
The Estonian company Evecon UAB won the procurement organized by the Presidency for the purchase of the power plant. The value of the solar power plant – 1,089,000 euros, the majority of the price – 794,000 euros – was compensated by the Environmental Project Management Agency of the Ministry of the Environment of the Republic of Lithuania using the funds of the European Union project.
